Press Release: WELLFIELD BOTANIC GARDENS TURNS VILLAINOUS FOR THE GARDEN OF VILLAINS, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2ND AND SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD ELKHART, IN
Family-friendly evening event, presented in partnership with the Hall of Heroes Superhero Museum, features cosplayers, candy stations, a vendor market, and after-hours access to the Gardens
ELKHART, Ind. – Wellfield Botanic Gardens in Elkhart, IN invites the community to explore the darker side of the Gardens at Garden of Villains, presented in partnership with the Hall of Heroes Superhero Museum. The after-hours event takes place on Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd, with gates opening at 6 p.m. each night.
Guests are invited to wander the Gardens after dark, meet costumed cosplayers, and follow the event route, where community partners will hand out treats at decorated candy stations. Food and drinks will be available on-site.
A vendor market will run under the Woodland Pavilion both evenings from 6 to 9 p.m., giving guests the chance to browse and shop from local vendors.

Tickets: Adult tickets are $15 per person. Children 12 and under are free thanks to the Community Foundation of Elkhart County. Tickets are available at wellfieldgardens.org/garden-of-villains
Good to know: Garden general admission closes at 5 p.m. and gates reopen for the event at 6 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive right at 6 p.m. to have plenty of time to explore the Gardens, enjoy food and drinks, and visit all the cosplayers.
