Yoga and Tai Chi Classes

Yoga and Tai Chi are wonderful ways to reduce stress, improve physical health, and get in tune with yourself. Experiencing Yoga or Tai Chi in the Gardens has the added benefit of connecting you with nature. Classes are open to all levels, beginner to experienced yogis welcome! Classes are $8 per session for members and $10 per session for non-members. Or, save money with a 10-class punch card and get one class FREE! You can use your punch card for any 10 yoga or tai chi class offered at Wellfield. 

First time doing Yoga or Tai Chi at Wellfield this season?

You will be required to complete and sign out Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver. Save time in line at your first visit by printing and filling this form out before class. 

Pre-registration is strongly recommended to save time. 

Dress comfortably and for the weather for all classes. 

In case of inclement weather, there is an option for the instructor to hold class under the Woodland Pavilion or tent, or inside the Visitors Center.

Please allow enough time to get registered and back to the class. We start check-in 15 minutes prior to class starting. 

These classes are recommended for ages 13 and up. 

If severe weather is expected, the instructor may cancel. This will be announced day of.

Bring your own yoga mat, block, and towel or blanket for yoga classes. 

Your registration includes admission to the Gardens, which you can enjoy at any time during our general admission hours that day.
