Interested in becoming a vendor? The vendor "market" will take place under the Woodland Pavilion during the event on Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd both from 6-9 p.m.
Want to be a community partner? Participants will host a designated candy station along the event route, hand out treats to guests, and are encouraged to decorate their space. It's a great way to increase community visibility while making a positive impact on this family-friendly event.
Wellfield closes for general admission at 5 p.m., gates reopen for the event at 6 p.m. We recommend arriving right at 6 p.m. so you will have plenty of time to meander the Gardens, grab food and drinks, and visit all the cosplayers.
