Join us for Yoga in the Gardens with yogi Barb Naranche! Yoga is a wonderful way to reduce stress, improve physical health and get in tune with yourself. Experiencing Yoga in the Gardens has the added benefit of connecting you with nature. Classes are open to all levels, beginner to experienced yogis welcome!
2025 Yoga classes offered:- Beginning April 2, 2025: Yoga for Every BODY with yogi Erin Penney, Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 p.m. These classes are perfect for seniors or anyone new to the practice, or anyone looking for a more gentle practice. Chairs will be provided if needed.- Beginning April 12, 2025: Saturday mornings with yogi Barbara Naranche, 10 - 11 a.m. Classes will be held indoors until the weather warms up (likely mid-May, but it's the Midwest! You never know) and at that time, we will transition to a 9:15 a.m. start time.
